- Balm:
- any of various oily, fragrant or resinous substances, exuding from certain aromatic plants used for healing soothing.
- Beautician:

- Beeswax:
- The yellow to grayish-brown wax secreted by the honeybee for constructing the cells of honeycombs; A traditional emulsifier used in cosmetics.

- Cosmetic products intended to darken the skin to provide the appearance of being naturally tanned.
- Buffer:
- A common part of exfoliation programs; A pH-balanced cleanser that makes the skin shinier and softer, thus providing a healthy and young appearance.
- Butcher's Broom:
- A shrubby European evergreen, Ruscus aculeatus, of the lily family, also used for making brooms. Extract from this plant is a commonly used to reduce redness in the face.
